Overriding Limits

Adults can override some limits set by admins.  Those limits that can be overwritten by a TCH pass are listed below:

• Student pass limit

• Location Max Cap

• Contact Control

• Active Pass Limit (if allowed by Admin)

• Limit Location Availability

There should be directions internally from your school administrators regarding the approved times to override these limits.

If you do override a limit, a badge will be attached to the pass to the right of the student’s name, indicating that this pass overrode a limit. (Remember that you can always add a comment to the pass as to why the override was necessary.)

You will also see the same badge in History for passes where a limit was overridden.
