This message and screen will appear to a student who has attempted multiple times (5) to enter an adult’s PIN to approve a pass. After the fifth attempt, the student will be logged out of the system.

If the student logs back in and continues to enter an incorrect PIN, after the 10th attempt, the student will be logged out again, and the admin will get a banner message.


The student will be locked out of his account for four (4) hours. The message will stay on the admin’s dashboard until the admin clicks on the “X” to close it. Closing the message will not affect the four-hour lock.
