Checking Logs

Users of Visitor can easily check the Visitor Log and the history of visitors to the school. On the Check-ins and Reports page, scroll down to the log portion of the page. You can search by the visitor’s first or last name, the status of visitors, the reason for the visit, or the date.

From the Visitor Log you can see why a visitor was denied entry by hovering over the “i” icon in the Status column. If the guest is denied for multiple reasons, they will each be listed. Below are possible reasons for a denial.

Non-guardian Denial

Watchlist Denial

Custom Question Denial

Offender Denial

Multiple Denials
