Known issue for dual-provisioned schools: If you are a dual-provisioned (using both Microsoft Azure and Google OUs) Securly Aware and Filter user, you might see flagged activities in Activities Feed display blank or missing OU data and consequently fail to generate student cases in Aware. This is a known issue that our team is actively working to resolve and affects OUs that are assigned the Base Default policy in Securly Filter. However, you can easily resolve this by moving the OUs from the Default policy to a Custom Policy (you can simply mirror your Default Policy settings so filtering remains the same).
