To authorize Google Drive data access:
- In the Google admin console, navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls and scroll down to the Domain-wide delegation.
- Click Manage Domain Wide Delegation and on the next page click Add new.
- In the ‘Client Id’ field input the following: 107250024911550132389
- In the ‘OAuth scopes’ field input the following comma-separated URL string:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.appdata,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.metadata,https://www.googleapis.com/auth/admin.directory.user
If you want to scan Google Slides and Google Sheets as well, include the following scopes in addition to the ones mentioned above.

It may take up to 24 hours to establish the necessary connections with Google and your setup might, therefore, take up to 24 hours to complete. If you wish to test if any Google Docs are being flagged, please wait 24 hours to avoid getting an error.
Once this setup is complete, Aware will only scan documents that are edited or created once Aware has been activated. It will not retroactively scan old documents or images.
After the Google Drive scanning setup is complete, the next step is to import OUs from the setup wizard followed by enabling Gmail access for Aware.
