The Pass Help Desk portal is designed to provide Pass Admins with a way to submit various types of support requests and questions to our team. Once a school has implemented Pass and the Project Manager closes the “Implementation” ticket, all requests for support should be entered into the Pass Help Desk portal. This should be done by someone with “Admin” role access at the school. The Pass Help Desk link and information should not be shared with Teachers, Staff, or Students. Below are links to Pass Help Desk information. These can also be found by Admins in Pass under the “Help Desk Portal” menu.
