How do I change my FTP password

Your FTP credentials are displayed to you in Securly Home. You can change your password at any time. To do so:

1. Login to Securly Home and navigate to Parents.
2. Click on the three-dot icon at the top right corner.
   
   
3. In the following sidebar window, click on ‘Change password’ and enter your new password.
   
   

Note that your password should consist of at least eight characters. Ensure that the new password is unique and not the same as any of your earlier passwords, as the password change will be rejected.
