Enable Notifications

Before checking in any visitors, you will need to Enable Notifications. This is a requirement in order for self-check-ins to run correctly.

To do so, click Enable Notifications in the top right corner of the screen. (This is a one-time click. Once enabled, the button will disappear and you will not have to do this again.)

Reminders: In addition to enabling notifications on your Visitor Check-ins and Reports page, you can also go on the browser site settings and set notifications to "allow" and go to the "View Site Info" icon to the left of the URL in the browser to toggle notifications on. And, it's a good idea to clear your cache on your browser periodically to ensure everything is running smoothly.
