Sites that are set is blocked will be blocked at all times, both during class sessions and outside of class sessions. This is not a full web filter and should not be used as such. Do not attempt to load in a list of thousands of sites. Instead, this area should be used for odds and ends sites that might not be otherwise set to be blocked by your main content filter.
