Understanding the Detention Calendar
As students earn detentions based on the Consequence Ladder(s), the numbers in the small boxes on the Detention Calendar will increase until the maximum capacity for that detention is reached.
You will see the number of students assigned to that detention in the colored box. This number can increase as new consequences earned are scheduled. To see which students have been assigned to a specific detention, click on the desired date and click on the number to the right of the detention. This will display a list of students assigned to that detention, along with the detention status of each student. Click on the Download icon to create a CSV file with the names of the students scheduled for that detention.

The title of the downloaded CSV file will contain the name, date, and day of the detention. You can then copy that file and send it to the adult(s) who are in charge of that detention for attendance purposes.

Single Detention Scheduled

Multiple Detentions Scheduled (on the same day)

Please note: If you have multiple detentions on a single day, students earning consequences may be scheduled for multiple detentions on the same day.
Each student will also have an Appointment pass (automatically created) to the detention location for the start time of the detention. If you use a detention location (a room named “Library-Detention"), you can easily sort these on the dashboard or in the Appointment Pass page. If the adult who is taking attendance for the detention is associated with the detention location, they can also find the list of passes under “My Passes”.
If you need to edit or delete a detention that had been scheduled, click on the date box (not on the number for the detention), click on the edit pencil icon, change the date OR click on the blue trash can icon, and then click Update.

To navigate to a different month, simply use the blue < > next to the word “Today” at the top of the calendar.
