Technical Coordination

If this has not already been addressed, please coordinate with your technical department to have the following items completed.

1. For transferring any data files to us, please use the following host:
   sftpgw.eduspiresolutions.org (connect via port 22 using SFTP).
   • We will supply you with login credentials for the SFTP server under separate cover.
   • Please provide your IP address(es) (via your implementing client project manager) that is used to connect to SFTP so we can ensure you have access permissions. In addition, please provide the name and email address of the person who should receive SFTP credentials from us.
2. Please allowlist all emails from the following domains so you can receive application notifications from our systems.

• @securly.com
• @securly.zendesk.com
• @amazonses.com (may/may not be necessary)
• @gainsightapp.com (to receive product newsletters)

3. If your organization typically allowlists specific domains, or if any of your users are having difficulty accessing our application from inside your network, please allowlist the domains listed below:

   • https://pass.securly.com - along with all subdomains
   • https://securly.com
   • https://support.securly.com
   • https://securly.zendesk.com
   • https://eduspiresolutions.org

4. Please allowlist our server as noted below and prioritize for access through any firewall or network security options you have in place, if accessing our applications via URL name is not sufficient:
