How to access Securly Sync UI

In order to utilize Securly Sync effectively, users must follow specific prerequisites to ensure secure access and data sharing. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to set up your access:

#### Prerequisites

  1. Google Account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

    • Ensure that you have a Google account that is protected by Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). This adds an extra layer of security for your account.

  2. Consent to Data Sharing:

    • Before accessing Securly Sync, you must agree to the terms of data sharing. This involves submitting a support request to Securly.

#### Steps to Request Access

  1. Create a Support Request:

    • In your request, include the following:

- Your Google account email.

- Confirmation that your account has MFA enabled.

- A statement consenting to the data sharing terms.

  1. Wait for Approval:

    • After submitting your request, Securly will review your consent and activate your access.

  2. Logging into Securly Sync:

    • Once your access is granted, you can log into Securly Sync using your Google account credentials.

    • Please remember to use the account that you've registered with Securly.

  3. Access the Securly Sync UI:

    • Once logged in, you will be able to view and validate your synced SIS data, check data readiness, generate reports, and more.
