Admins will also need to upload CSVs mapping students, OUs, students, and parents so that Securly On-Call analysts can get help to the student in case of an emergency.
As the first step, you would need to enter two global/district contacts under School/Trust Contacts tab who will be contacted by the response team if none of the other contacts (under School Contact) are available during an incident.
After setting up the global contacts, you need to import your school OUs from Google Workspace to Securly for mapping the other contacts to the right school or org. units. This can be done from the Manage Org. Units page.
Once you are done syncing, you can proceed to adding your primary contacts and parent contacts.
