Visitor
How do users sign in to Securly Visitor (SSO / login methods)?
How users sign in to Securly Visitor
Securly Visitor is part of Securly Pass, and it does not have a per-user login-method setting. You do not choose or configure a specific single sign-on (SSO) method for each user in Visitor.
Any matching SSO provider works
A user can sign in with any of the supported SSO options (for example Google or Microsoft), as long as the email address returned by that provider matches the email on an existing Pass user. If the account is legitimate and the email matches an existing user, sign-in will work.
What this means in practice
- There is no setting that restricts a user to one SSO provider.
- Users are matched by their email address, not by which provider they used.
- If a user cannot sign in, confirm that the email from their SSO provider exactly matches the email on their Pass user record.
Note: Securly Visitor does not use a separate Active Directory / Google Cloud Directory Sync SSO setup (such as a /securlysso intranet address). That configuration applies to other Securly products, not to Visitor sign-in.
