Tardy Detention & Appointment List (Main Menu)
Admins can see the list of students who earned either a Detention or an Appointment on a specific day.
To access this list, click on Tardy Management → Tardy Detention & Appointment List. Once on that page, you can toggle between Detention and Appointments and choose a date or date range (including the school year). Click Submit when ready to run the report. You can then download this list to either inform parents of upcoming consequences or schedule the Appointment passes for those students who earned an APT.

Once a student receives a Detention Appointment and there is a detention scheduled (with a room), that student will be assigned to that specific detention. The Detentions List has a “Status” column on the far right that will show the status of the detention.

You can also access this information by going to the Detention Calendar and clicking on the specific day of the detentions.

Below are the different statuses that you may find in your system along with what they mean.
Scheduled - The student was assigned to the detention that was earned.

Canceled - The student’s appointment detention was canceled by the system or canceled manually.

Pending - The student earned a detention, but there are not enough of these detentions scheduled, so the student could not be added to one of them. If you get this status, you will need to add more detentions to your calendar so that the student’s status can change from Pending to Scheduled.

Missed - The student did not go to the assigned detention. (The school would then need to schedule a new detention for that student.)

Ended - The appointment pass went to the dashboard, was activated, and ended by a staff member, indicating the Detention was served.

You can also use the Appointment Pass screen to view your Detention Appointments (as noted by the “reason” being the name of the detention) AND which appointments were canceled or missed.

PLEASE NOTE: If the student leaves their normal class to attend detention so the detention apt is activated, and instead the student hides out in the bathroom, the system will not know they did not attend the detention. The school should also use the list of students assigned to each detention from the calendar to take attendance.
The student will be able to see their own detention appointments where they can see all of their appointments from their own device. They will receive both a 20 min and 5 min in application reminder, just as they do for all appointments.

Tardy LTS/LTC Report Export
The LTS/LTC Report will automatically be available in your school’s SFTP sub folder (export). This will be available at 12:15 AM (local time) each day with yesterday’s LTC and LTS information. This file can then be sent to your SIS.
The benefit of this file is that schools do NOT have to mark tardy infractions in both Pass AND their SIS.
A script will be required on your end to move the data from the SFTP to the SIS. This file WILL NOT automatically update the SIS.
The attendance file (tardy_attendance_daily.csv) can be found in the sub folder(export) under the school's folder in SFTP.
