Configuring Custom Email Alerts for Filter

Currently, Custom Email Alerts can only be configured for Aware flagged activity. However, you have the option to send Blocked Activity Email Alerts to users within Faculty Groups.

To enable this feature, navigate to Users > Faculty Groups > Faculty Group Name > Configuration. Check the box labeled Send blocked activity email alerts. Don’t forget to save your changes to ensure that Blocked Activity Email Alerts are sent to the Faculty Group users.
