How do I set up Visitor for more than one school in my district?

If your district wants to use Securly Pass and Visitor at more than one school, set up a separate Pass system for each school that needs Pass or Visitor. Visitor is not configured once and shared across schools.

How multiple schools work

• Each school that needs Pass or Visitor has its own Pass system.
• Within each school’s Pass system, that school can have multiple check-ins.
• Visitor Settings are managed from the Control Panel of each school’s Pass system, after the Visitor Module is activated for that system.

Sharing a Guardian/Student Matrix across schools

If the question is about the Guardian/Student Matrix, a district file can be used when one file covers multiple schools in the district. This is a separate option from setting up a Pass system for each school. See “Visitor Guardian/Student Matrix” for the file details.

Adding another school

To add Pass or Visitor for another school in your district, ask your Securly Implementation Engineer or Support to set up a Pass system for that school.
