Parent and Family Resources for Securly Home (learn.securly.com/resources)
Parents and families can learn about Securly on the public Securly Home Resources page. It needs no sign-in, so you can send the link directly to families:
https://learn.securly.com/resources
What is on the Resources page
The page is made up of help and how-to guides written for parents and families using Securly Home, grouped by where they use it:
Securly Home App – guides for the Securly Home mobile app.
Web Portal – guides for the Securly Home web portal.
Select a group to see its articles, then select an article to read it. The page also has a Submit a ticket button that opens the Securly Home support request form for families who need further help.
Who should use it
Share https://learn.securly.com/resources with parents and guardians when they ask how Securly works at home, how to get started with the Home app, or how to use the web portal. School and district staff who sign in to Securly Learn can also find the Parent Welcome Kit (a ready-to-share introduction for families) on the Securly Home product page under Resources.
Staff resources versus parent resources
Securly Learn (learn.securly.com) is for school and district staff, and its articles and training videos are written for admins, teachers and IT teams. The Resources page is the parent-facing home for Securly Home help. If the question is from a parent or family member, point them to the Resources page rather than to Learn training content.
Getting help
If a family cannot find an answer on the Resources page, they can use Submit a ticket on that page, or staff can contact their Client Project Manager or the Securly support team.
